SHIPPING INFORMATION
1. After payments are received, I Am Addicted takes 1-2 business days for processing time. If orders are placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed the following Monday.
2. Jabodetabek delivery is 1-3 business days after dispatch from our warehouse. Outside Jabodetabek delivery takes about 3-5 business days.
3. All domestic orders are shipped through sicepat (www.sicepat.com). Orders tracking number will be sent out after shipment to the email address provided.
4. We do not ship on weekends, and public holidays.
5. We are not responsible for missing items after sicepat handles and arranges the delivery, or delay in shipping due to incorrect or missing information provided by customer.
TERMS & CONDITION
1. Refund
Customers are required to send back the item to us before it is checked for any damages and defects before refund is given. If there is no damage found, the item will be shipped back to the customers and bear any incurred shipping fee.
2. Wrong Product Color
If it’s an error from our team, the return and exchange process will be done with the shipping fee paid by I Am Addicted. The correct product then will be sent out after we receive the item. If it’s an error because of a lack of confirmation from the customers, the shipping fee for the return(s) then will be paid by the customer.
3. Wrong item Sent
The correct product will be sent out after the customer has returned the wrong item. All shipping fees will be paid by I am Addicted.
4. Unsent item / Delay
I am addicted will immediately send the item with one day delivery service to the customer
